About the Council
The Science Research Institute of Public Law has a Specialized Academic Council D 26.503.01 with the right to conduct defenses of doctoral dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Science in specialty 12.00.07 — administrative law and process; financial law; information law (legal sciences).
The composition of the Specialized Academic Council D 26.503.01 was approved by Order No. 822 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated April 7, 2022, comprising 19 members.
The Council is chaired by Doctor of Law, Professor Lesia LUTSENKO-MYSIOV.
The Academic Secretary of the Council is Doctor of Law, Professor Kseniia KURKOVA.
The Council includes leading scientists from the Science Research Institute, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, National Academy of Internal Affairs, and Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University.
