Higher education during martial law: modern challenges and problematic issues

On March 22, 2025, the Science Research Institute of Public Law and the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation organized an online round table “Higher Education during Martial Law: Modern Challenges and Problematic Issues”.

Participants discussed current challenges facing the Ukrainian higher education system during martial law, including ensuring the quality of the educational process, supporting scientific research, and international cooperation.
