Reparation payment issues discussed with students of Ghent University

At the invitation of colleagues from Ghent University, Belgium, the Head of the Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies, the Head of the Department of Actual Issues of Philosophy of Law, Legal Linguistics conducted a series of lectures for students on the topic of reparation payments after Russian aggression.

The lectures covered legal aspects of determining and recovering reparations, international experience, and the challenges Ukraine faces in this process.
